Olive Garden despidió al gerente tras imponer reglas estrictas a los empleados acerca de tomar tiempo libre.
Por lo que leí en la noticia, me atrevo a decir que los empleados faltaban mucho al trabajo y a este gerente se le acabó la paciencia y terminó sin trabajo. El mensaje del gerente decía varias cosas como: no se tolerará ninguna excusa para faltar, si necesitan tomar tiempo libre mejor búsquense otro trabajo, si tu perro murió, debes traerlo y probarlo, perderás tu trabajo si faltas mas de una vez en 30 días. El gerente tenía más de 11 años trabajando en ese restaurante y NUNCA había faltado. [Fuente]
