Tampa Bay will throw more than 30 New Year's Eve parties on Dec. 31, 2025. Choices include beachfront bashes, rooftop get-togethers, themed dinners, and fireworks shows. These happen across Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and nearby towns, with tickets from free to $400 per person.

Busch Gardens

Busch Gardens stays open until midnight. You can ride roller coasters and catch fireworks with your park ticket.

The Tampa Riverwalk

The Tampa Riverwalk lights up with fireworks over the Hillsborough River at midnight, and you can watch from spots along the water. 

Jackson's Bistro

Jackson's Bistro throws a "Countdown in Chrome" bash from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m., complete with a live DJ spinning tracks and a prosecco toast when the clock strikes twelve.

Armature Works

Armature Works kicks off at 8 p.m. with GRAMMY-nominated house artist Soffi Tucker taking the stage. Fireworks burst over the water at midnight, followed by a finale performance at 1 a.m. Only guests 21 and up can get in.

JW Marriott Clearwater Beach

JW Marriott Clearwater Beach throws a beachfront bash from 9 p.m. to midnight. Rhythm Me Up plays live tunes while guests hit food stations and an open bar. Adults pay $250, teens aged 13-20 pay $200, and kids aged 5-12 pay $100. You'll catch the Sand Key Park fireworks from here.

Spa Beach Park

St. Petersburg hosts NYE on the Pier at Spa Beach Park — a free gathering with DJs, a disco ball, food trucks, a champagne bar, and the region's biggest fireworks show. It runs from 8 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

The Grand Masquerade Ball

The Don CeSar holds The Royal Masquerade Ball starting at 7 p.m. Guests feast on caviar, raw bar selections, and carved meats at the buffet. SoundUP entertains while Moët and Chandon champagne flows. Tickets run $400 per person.

Hotel Haya

Hotel Haya turns Flor Fina into Midnight Tropicana from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., offering live tunes, an open bar with beer, wine, and bubbles, small bites, and a toast at midnight. General admission starts at $116.69.

NYElectric 2026

NYElectric 2026 at JW Marriott Water Street Tampa begins at 9 p.m. A five-hour open bar, DJs, and party favors await. Tickets cost $111.55 per person.

The Tampa EDITION

The Tampa EDITION throws a rooftop party at Azure starting at 8 p.m. DJs spin while guests enjoy curated canapés, cocktails, and champagne. Tickets go for $250 per person.

Yacht cruises

Several yacht cruises set sail on Dec. 31, including Yacht StarShip departures from Tampa and Clearwater. The Premium NYE Cruise serves a four-course dinner, DJ entertainment, and a champagne toast for $229.95 per person. Pirate Water Taxi runs a one-hour fireworks cruise starting at 11:30 p.m. for $69.95 per person.
