La FIFA anunció las ciudades anfitrionas para la Copa del Mundo 2026 y una ciudad de Florida se encuentra entre ellas.
Fueron 16 ciudades de Estados Unidos, México y Canada las elegidas para ser sedes de la Copa Mundial y serán anfitrionas de un juego. La última vez que EE.UU. fue sede de una Copa Mundial fue en 1994.
