LOS ANGELES, CA – APRIL 19: A movie set built for the filming of ?War of the Worlds? at Universal Studios theme park makes a realistic feeling environment for an interagency exercise simulating mass casualties from the collision between a single-engine Cessna and a commercial airliner with levels of radioactivity present on April 19, 2007 in Los Angeles, California. The exercise is taking place at the conclusion of three days of large-scale disaster preparedness exercises, based on the scenario of a terrorist attack in the wake of an earthquake. The exercise, called Operation Vector, was hosted by the California National Guard and is designed to promote interagency cooperation during a disaster or attack and evaluate the performance of responding agencies.
